About Our Events & Community
-
Rue Neuve is a Paris-based retail and brand activation agency. We help international fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands enter and grow in the French market through market entry strategy, physical activations, brand visibility, and growth planning.
-
We are based in Paris, France. Our work is rooted in on-the-ground knowledge of the city — its neighborhoods, its retail landscape, and its creative community.
-
We work with international fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands that are ready to build a genuine presence in France. Most of our clients are emerging to mid-size brands entering the French or European market for the first time, or scaling an existing presence.
-
Our expertise and network is centered in Paris, but our clients are international. We work with brands based across Europe, Asia, South-America, Australia, America, and beyond who want to establish or grow their presence in the French market.
-
We are selective. We don't work with every brand that approaches us, we take on brands we genuinely believe belong in the French market and where we can make a meaningful difference. Curation is central to how we work.
-
Most market entry consultants work from data and reports. We work from direct relationships, with the neighborhoods, the creators, the retailers, and the communities that actually shape culture in Paris. We combine strategic rigour with genuine cultural fluency, and we stay close to the ground so our clients don't have to.
-
We offer four core services: Paris Market Entry (strategic brief and roadmap), Brand Visibility (content direction, creator partnerships, and production), Physical Activation (popups, launch events, and brand experiences), and Growth & Data (post-activation analytics and seasonal planning).
-
Projects are one-time engagements, typically a Market Entry brief or a Physical Activation. Retainers are ongoing monthly arrangements, such as Content Production or Growth & Data, designed to keep brands present and building momentum between activations.
-
Yes. We handle popup production end-to-end, from location scouting and space design to permits, logistics, on-site direction, and content capture. We have experience producing popups in Paris including in Le Marais.
-
Yes. Content and social direction is part of our Brand Visibility service. We offer monthly content strategy, short-form video editing, and platform direction for TikTok and Instagram, built around what actually performs in fashion and lifestyle, not generic best practices.
-
Yes. We manage influencer and creator partnerships as part of our Brand Visibility service. We focus on Parisian creators and tastemakers who genuinely move culture, not just follower counts, and build relationships that generate authentic social proof for the brands we work with.
-
Swan Circle is a Paris-based social club and curated female community centered on the coquette aesthetic and Parisian living. It is an independent venture connected to Rue Neuve through a shared founder and network. Swan Circle brings together women who value curation, elegance, and genuine connection, through intimate gatherings, cultural experiences, and a members community rooted in Paris.
-
Swan Circle and Rue Neuve share a founder and an overlapping network of creators, tastemakers, and community members in Paris. Brands that work with Rue Neuve may have access to the Swan Circle community as part of certain activations, events, or partnership opportunities.
-
Swan Circle works selectively with brands that genuinely align with its aesthetic and values, think refined, considered, and culturally fluent rather than trend-chasing. Partnerships take the form of sponsored gatherings, product placements within events, or collaborative experiences rather than traditional advertising
-

Getting Started
About Our Services
-
Yes. We co-organise the Curated Closet, a recurring multi-brand popup in Le Marais, Paris. It brings together independent fashion and lifestyle brands in a curated retail environment. Brand partners can apply for rack and table placements.
-
We produce a range of physical events including brand popups, launch parties, influencer dinners, and community gatherings. Every event is designed to create a genuine cultural moment, not just a moment of visibility, and is documented with on-site content production for digital amplification.
About Swan Circle
-
Your existing audience is your strongest asset when entering Paris. We identify where they already overlap with the French market, then build an activation strategy that turns digital followers into physical customers, through the right spaces, the right creators, and the right cultural moments.
-
Most failed market entries share the same problem, brands arrive without genuine local relationships or cultural context. We don't parachute in. We're embedded in the city, its retail landscape, and its creative community year-round. That's what makes the difference between a moment and a foothold.
-
It depends on the scope. A Market Entry brief typically takes three to four weeks. A Physical Activation, from concept to doors open, is usually six to ten weeks depending on location, permits, and production complexity. We work to your timeline without cutting corners.
-
Yes, and often that's the ideal setup. We act as your Paris-based extension, bringing local knowledge, relationships, and production capability that your internal team doesn't have on the ground. We integrate with your team rather than replace it.
-
That's exactly what a Market Entry brief answers. If you're asking the question seriously, it's worth a conversation. We'll tell you whether the timing and conditions are right, and if they're not, what needs to be in place before they are.
